The TRX system is one of my favourite pieces of equipment. I love that you can take it outside to the park and throw it around a tree branch, or pretty much anything, and do some very versatile workouts. For the rest of you TRX lovers, here are some workout routines to try.
This is a simple trx workout routine that is good for beginners. We have 3 basic exercises: a row, a one-leg squat and a push up. I would suggest doing 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions.
This is a moderate intensity trx workout routine. Do your best. Make it more intense by adding more exercises. Make it less intense by going slowly and adding recovery time.
