She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, reduce their pain and improve their physical body through exercise. Dasha will help you figure out the right movements necessary for your body to gain strength, flexibility and recover from an injury. She is passionate about the mind-body connection and likes to incorporate mindfulness and relaxation in to her practice as a way to help the body and mind recover from exercise and daily life stress.
In her spare time Dasha can be found outside skiing, cycling, rock climbing, canoeing and hiking or in her kitchen cooking up a storm of healthy meals, and fermenting or preserving foods. She enjoys yoga, meditation and spending time with her loved ones.
