Small Group Training in Burnaby at Positive Shift
First of all, we only do small groups of people and put an emphasis on good movement. Good technique is essential to feeling better and avoiding injuries. We have a few different classes to chose from. Book now and take advantage of our introductory offer: 3 classes for $49 plus GST. All classes are 60 minutes long.
Circuit Training, Cardio and Muscle Toning
We work on building strength, toning muscles and improving cardiovascular fitness. A typical class will involve 10-15 minutes of cardio, 6-10 strength exercises that include core strengthening and stretching.
